El amigo Bernhard Reiter, del equipo alemán de FSFE, nos envía una
sugerencia:

Creo que sus sugerencias son interesantes y relevantes al tema. Sobre
todo me parece importante tener en cuenta el tema de la "delegación de
voto". Puede ser bueno permitir que los miembros del CC puedan delegar
su voto a otro miembro, de modo que sea más fácil obtener un quórum
mínimo, al menos contado en votos y no en personas.
