[FSFLA] Include the FSF fundraising banner in the FSFLA website!

Some time ago I wrote to info en fsfla.org asking the FSFLA to add the FSF 
fundraising banner to their pages. Nobody replied. I don't even know if 
my message reached anybody so I'm forwarding the message to you. See

Hace un tiempo escribí a info en fsfla.org pidiendole a la FSF que añadiera 
el anuncio de recaudación de fondos a sus páginas. Nadie respondió. No 
sé si siquiera mi mensaje le llegó a alguien, así que les estoy
