QueridAs amigAs,

Wolfgang Kleinwaechter ha elegido un gran título para su texto. Y 
también es claro que cada persona desarrolla su propia interpretación. 
Así que lo hice también.

Se trata de lo que llamamos Internet. Pero esto es una falsificación. Un 
enorme radica teatro. E incluso aquellos que se declaran a sí mismos 
como expertos a menudo no saben acerca de lo que están hablando.

Internet, "la inter conexión de redes locales". Tenemos 2 elementos. Las 
redes locales, autónomos e independientes, y las conexiones. Un sistema 
de transporte para los datos digitales. Sobre esta base descansa mi 
contribución a este debate.

1. La descentralización debe ser materializado en la arquitectura 
interior. Es una ilusión que las estructuras, que se basan en el 
centralismo, pueden ser descentralizado y distribuido, abierto y 
transparente organizado. Es por ello que la pretensión de haber creado 
una abierta y la Gobernanza de Internet "democrática" es a lo sumo una 
ilusión. De hecho, un vasto e inútil teatro.

2. Necesitamos una base técnica para nuestro sistema de transporte que 
permite que una estructura distribuida y abierta, ya que contiene estos 
mismos principios. Por lo tanto, el mantenimiento de espacios de 
direcciones virtuales es una completa contradicción con nuestras 
intenciones para una participación abierta de todo, si tomamos esto en 
serio y no sólo hablamos así. Pero luego viene nuestro enfoque a la 
derivación de la dirección IP global de las redes locales de su posición 
geográfica en el primer plano.

3. Internet no es más que "la interconexión de redes locales". A partir 
de ahí viene el nombre. Se trata de un sistema de transporte de datos 
digitales. Nada más. Las bases técnicas preparadas Louis Pouzin junto 
con su colega en los años 70 del siglo pasado. No hay nada nuevo. 
Tenemos que entender que nosotros podemos utilizarlo.

4. La base para hacer nuestro servicio de Internet cómo lo necesitamos, 
es la independencia de la tecnología. Sin esta independencia es todo 
hablar sólo barato. O niebla ilusorio. La centralización y 
monopolización es un hecho. No podemos oponerse con argumentos suaves.

5. "pensar globalmente, actuar localmente" y "el conocimiento es siempre 
patrimonio de la humanidad". Sobre esta base, se plantea la tecnología 
libre. Gratis para todos los habitantes de nuestro planeta. Para la base 
teórica que trabajamos juntos. La materialización se lleva a cabo a 
nivel local y regional. Nos ayudamos mutuamente.

6) Necesitamos la diversidad y no la monotonía. La monotonía siempre 
lleva a la muerte. La vida es diversidad. En él se presentan las 
soluciones óptimas. Se trata de un proceso de cooperación libre que no 
requiere ningún centro dominante.

Dear friends,

Wolfgang Kleinwaechter has chosen a great title for his text. And it is
also clear that each person develops their own interpretation. So I did too.

It's about what we call the Internet. But this is a forgery. A huge lies
theater. And even those who declare themselves as experts often do not
know about what they are talking.

Internet, "the Inter connection of local Networks". We have 2 elements.
The local networks, autonomous and independent, and the connections. A
transport system for digital data. On this basis rests my contribution
to this discussion.

1. Decentralization must be materialized in the inner architecture. It
is an illusion that structures, that are based on the centralism, can be
decentralized, distributed, open and transparent organized. That is why
the claim to have created an open and "democratic" Internet Governance
is at most an illusion. In fact, a vast and useless theater.

2. We need a technical basis for our transport system that allows a
distributed and open structure, because it contains these principles
themselves. Therefore, the retention of virtual address spaces is a
complete contradiction to our intentions for an open participation of
all, if we take this seriously and not just talk like that. But then
comes our focus to the derivation of the global IP address of the local
networks from their geographical position to the foreground.

3. Internet is nothing more than "the interconnection of local
networks". From there the name comes. It is a transport system of
digital data. Nothing more. The technical bases prepared Louis Pouzin
along with his colleague in the 70s of last century. There is nothing
new. We need to understand it that we can use it.

4. The basis in order to make our internet how we need it, is the
independence in technology. Without this independence is all just cheap
talk. Or illusionary fog. The centralization and monopolization is a
fact. We can not oppose with gentle arguments.

5. "think globally, act locally" and "knowledge is always world
heritage". On this basis, the free technology arises. Free for all
people on our planet. For the theoretical basis we work together. The
materialization takes place locally and regionally. We help each other.

6) We need the diversity and not the monotony. Monotony always leads to
the death. Life is diversity. In it the optimal solutions arise. It is a
free cooperation process that don't requires any dominant center.
