</div>It's an awesome tool, but it's web-based, and as such, it requires to<br>
be connected to the Internet to use it. So it's useless for people who<br>
isn't connected to the Internet.<br>

Sure, it works for most people, but not for everyone. There are places<br>
in the world were Internet access is not an option, but even if it is,<br>
depending on Internet is a bad practice.<br>

I do not have access to the Internet everywhere I go, and even if I had,<br>
I hope to build networks independent of the Internet here in Uruguay,<br>
and for this reason I've joined MontevideoLibre. By no means it's going<br>
to replace it, but we want independence of decision and technology.<br>
<br>
This is one of the many issues that are bothering me lately. It's ok to<br>
use the Internet, and share, but the Internet is not everything, and<br>
there could be many networks, here, and possibly in other planets, in a<br>
distant future.<br>
<br>
You can't keep everything interconnected all the time, so we must<br>
achieve independence, in order to guarantee our ability to work, then<br>
find ways collaborate effectively.<br>
