educacion especial,y defensor del software libre. En el ultimo año he
estado trabajando en un proyecto para la migracion a software libre de
la enseñanza primaria o elemental. El proyecto actualmente esta en
proceso de perfeccionamiento y aprobacion.</FONT></DIV>

mucho enfasis en la importancia que tiene la vinculacion al software libre
al sistema de educativo de cualquier nivel de enseñanza.</FONT></DIV>

de las universiadades exista un merecido espacio para el software libre y su
