gpg key rpm import

Hello

I tried to import the signing key:
http://www.fsfla.org/svnwiki/selibre/linux-libre/download/SIGNING-KEY

But, all I get is:
[root at morgansmachine ~]# rpm --import
http://www.fsfla.org/selibre/linux-libre/download/SIGNING-KEY
error: http://www.fsfla.org/selibre/linux-libre/download/SIGNING-KEY:
import read failed(-1).

Any ideas where I'm going wrong?

Getting errors: "There are problems with the signature" (or similar)?
