2.6.32.1-libre, 2.6.31.[78]-libre2, 2.6.27.41-libre3

I failed to announce 2.6.31.7-libre2 and 2.6.27.41-libre3 when I
released them, sorry.  Both use the latest deblobbing scripts released
along with 2.6.32-libre.

It is now time to announce 2.6.32.1-libre and 2.6.31.8-libre2.

Corresponding gNewSense/mipsel (Lemote Yeeloong) and Freed-ora builds
are underway.  Like the gNewSense/mipsel builds, the Freed-ora builds
will have the '100% Free Software' Freedo button displayed instead of
the non-Free upstream mascot at boot time.
