New miror for linux-libre

Hi,

To thanks the linux-libre project to provide a 100% Free Kernel, I
propose a new miror because it seems there are not lots of mirors to
download kernels.

Miror available there : http://packages1.snurf.info/linux-libre/

If you agree, can you add the URL to the website ? I run rsync every
hour and the miror has a good bandwith. Let me know if you accept it.
