Err...  BNX2 is indeed disabled, but e100 is fixed properly by
deblob-2.6.24.

Please post the additional changes you made to avoid broken code in
2.6.24, maybe that will ease the remaining work I have for a
latest-generation 2.6.26, .25, .24 and earlier.
