free firmware mistakenly removed by LinuxLibre

I'm confused. The Boot.S file is not removed by the script deblob-2.6.35
and that file is available under a deblobbed linux kernel using that
script.

firmware/av7110/Boot.S has no difference with that file which you sent
except some whitespace.

How is Boot.S compiled into the kernel? I did not see it written in any
Makefile.

Are these free and hence should not be removed
firmware/av7110/bootcode.bin.ihex ?
firmware/dsp56k/bootstrap.bin.ihex ?
