GNU Linux-libre 4.11-rc7-gnu

Over the past couple of weeks, I updated the deblobbing scripts for the
4.11 series.  The result is now available in
https://www.fsfla.org/svn/fsfla/software/linux-libre/scripts/ and in the
4.11-rc7-gnu release candidate I published for testing earlier today.  I
realize that, if 4.11 final comes out tomorrow, as it very well might,
there won't be much time for reporting deblobbing problems in rc7, but
if you find any, please let me know.  Thanks,
