Linux-libre on ARM

I've updated my APT repository for Linux-libre [0] to include support for the 64-bit ARMv8 architecture, referred to as 'aarch64' or 'arm64' in various places.

My understanding is that it should work on any 64-bit ARM device where the kernel has support for the hardware and where an appropriate Device Tree structure exists.
