Linux-libre-firmware 1.2.2

I'm announcing a new version of linux-libre-firmware.

Version 1.2.2 fixes a problem that could cause intermittent build
failures of the carl9170 firmware. This is the only change compared to
1.2.1.

Version 1.2.2 can be found in the normal places: In git [0] or as a
tarball [1] (which includes pre-compiled firmware.)
