Changes in scripts/Makefile.package

Between 5.12 and 5.13 there was a change made to
scripts/Makefile.package going from
KDEB_SOURCENAME ?= linux-$(KERNELRELEASE)
to
KDEB_SOURCENAME ?= linux-upstream
This is reflected in places for freesh like so:
https://linux-libre.fsfla.org/pub/linux-libre/freesh/pool/main/l/linux-upstream/
That's clearly not "upstream" Linux. Can the cleanup scripts change
this back to linux-$(KERNELRELEASE) so that it matches with the rest of
the kernel versions? Alternatively, what about KDEB_SOURCENAME ?=
linux-libre maybe?
