It's been so long since this message was sent that I don't know how
useful it will be to reply now. Here foes the reply, for what its
worth (mostly to keep people in the list updated).

I would recommend keeping them where they are. While creating a
separate Svnwiki configuration is not very complicated, I don't think
there is a problem leaving things the way they are. However, I would
recommend that you specify exactly who can get a weblog at
svnwiki/blogs (eg. can anyone request one? Only board members? Board
members and observers? What about regular contributors who are not
observers? etc.).
