IRPF-Livre 2013: pronto?

Andei (finalmente) trabalhando no IRPF-Livre 2013 hoje.

O repositório svn está em
http://www.fsfla.org/svn/fsfla/software/irpf-livre-2013

Acho que já dá pra começar a usar.  Preparei uma declaração e ficou
igualzinha à do IRPF2013.  Comecei a preparar outra e a gravação dos
dados parciais também está igual.

Relatórios de defeitos ou limitações são bem-vindos.
