[PATCH v2 0/5] Release 2017.1

[Thadeu Lima de Souza Cascardo]

Though late as a release, the patches have been public for a while, but
I would like to move forwared and make this release, so we can
distribute a fixed version and people can send their fixes, and we can
start building other tools on top of this.
