Aqui fica bem evidente (pra mim, agora) que a conta feita pelo
IRPF-Livre truncava o 0,075 para 0,07.  Aí não tem como dar certo, né?

Fantástico ninguém ter relatado esse problema nos 14 anos desde que foi
introduzido.

Definitivamente um conjunto de testes faria bem, mas...  como?
