Hello everyone,

I'm Carlos Sanchez, and I'm user nhopkg universal package manager, I asked
for help to Alexandre Oliva, for helping to translate into Portuguese
nhopkg, but he is busy with other projects. He suggested to me to write this
email to know if anyone is interested in helping with the translations of
this package manager.
