[FSFLA-Traductores] *Draft* Article on GPLv3 and Snow White (en=>es, pt)

Hi,

I've just added to the Translators' wiki page
(http://wiki.fsfla.org/wiki/index.php/Traductores#Traducciones_en_marcha)
yet another article for translation.  This one is about GPLv3,
fairness and, well, Snow White :-)

It's still a draft, so it is subject to change, and it contains at
least one guess as to what the GPLv3 draft 3 is going to state.  We'd
like to publish the article shortly after GPLv3 draft 3 is published,
so we're requesting translators to get head start on the translations
to Spanish and Portuguese.
