Yep, it's almost a certainty that we're going to replace it with a
much shorter and more focused article.

I hope nobody will waste time on the one that's there.

Fernanda, how about moving the drafting of the rewrite to
prensa en fsfla.org, as suggested in the GNUsletter itself?

Perhaps check it into svnwiki such that people can edit it, send
patches, etc?
